Example Calculation
Supplier price: €1,000 → Buyer fee: €25 (2.5%) → Buyer pays: €1,025. Supplier fee: €25 (2.5%) → Supplier net: €975.
Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
When you buy, you transfer funds directly to the supplier's bank account. Payment instructions are provided on the order. Confirm delivery once received, and the supplier marks it as paid.
What's the payment window?
You have 72 hours to pay after reserving an order. If payment isn't received, the order is cancelled and the listing becomes available again.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, all transactions are in EUR (€). We're adding support for USD and other currencies soon.
How much does it cost for suppliers?
€99/month subscription after a 90-day free trial. You can list unlimited products and respond to unlimited RFQs. Platform commission (1.5–2.5%) is added on top of your price.
How do I get verified as a supplier?
After registration, our team reviews your company information. Once approved, you'll see a "Verified" badge on your listings. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I negotiate prices?
Listings have fixed prices, but you can post a Request for Quote (RFQ) with your requirements. Suppliers will compete with their best offers, and you choose which one to accept.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Contact support before confirming delivery. We can help mediate disputes. Confirm delivery once the goods arrive and meet your requirements.
Are ingredients verified?
Our catalog includes 1,300+ ingredients with CAS numbers, INCI names, and EU regulatory status. Suppliers can only list ingredients from our verified catalog.
